EXPRESS PASSES!

Passes are Earned for Fast Drop Off & Prime Scheduling Slots

Each season we send out an email to anyone who qualified from the previous season based on the quality and number of items they had rejected in the previous event. As a rule of thumb, once you earn express status, a rack of clothing should be inspected in about 1 minute (does not include shoes or teen clothing). This drastically speeds up your time going thru inspection. Generally, our express pass holders are very meticulous, organized, and follow directions well for prep, so come time for inspection, we do not have to sift through their items as intensely.

If multiple rejects are found during an express inspection, we do revert back to a full inspection.

*Express pass recipients will receive pre-blocked, prime secret drop off times via email. They are also welcome to choose any other drop off slot that suits their load size and preference.

Sizes of Drop off loads explained

When you schedule a drop off appointment, you will notice labels such as MICRO, SMALL, REGULAR, LARGE, MEGA, & EXPRESS LOADS. Those are defined below to help us properly staff the number of inspectors and floor helpers at any given time.

Micro LOADS

Around 35-50 items. The minimum to participate as a seller is 35 items. * Average time to drop off a small load is about 15-30 mins.

SMALL LOADS

Around 50-200 items. * Average time to drop off a small load is about 30-45 minutes

REGULAR LOADS

Regular loads are for the majority of sellers with an average amount of items, usually 200-700 items of merchandise. * Average time to drop off a regular load is about 45 mins to 1.5 hours

LARGE LOADS

Sellers that have around 700-1,000 items of merchandise. * Average time to drop off a large load is about 1.5-2.5 hours

MEGA LOADS

Sellers that are bringing over 1,000 items in merchandise in a U-haul type truck, multiple trailers, or perhaps multiple vehicles at one time with a massive load of inventory that generally takes hours to inspect and put out. Currently we only have a handful of mega sellers, so we've spaced out the available time slots to better serve everyone, avoiding a potential bottleneck at drop off. If you are a new MEGA SELLER and cannot find an open time slot please contact us. *Mega Loads should arrive early to load their racks so that they are checked in and ready for inspection at time of their appointment. Average time to drop off a mega load is around 3-6 hours depending on size of load and how many helpers you bring.

What to Expect at drop off

**** ATTENTION: Items must be tagged, hung, and prepped when you come to your drop off appointment. DO NOT come inside the building to work on your items or check in if you have not prepared everything accordingly. Check in is for sellers who are ready to be inspected and drop off .****

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

Get an available rack and load it with your items in size/gender/garment type order. This order will help you put clothes out very quickly. Please make sure all of your clothing is hung on racks and not placed in totes at time of inspection.
Please limit racks to no more than 4 at a time so we do not run out. You may rotate your 4 racks as they get inspected.
Clothing is categorized on the sales floor by onesies, 1 piece outfits, 2 piece outfits, coats/jackets, pjs, tops, bottoms, skirts, dresses, etc. You may decide to pre-organize the same way, so it is quicker to put them out after inspection.
Additional items and other large items can be placed on the bottom of a rack or brought inside once you get your first round of racks or buggies in the door.
Scan the QR code on the banner outside and complete your digital check in form. Your registration status will say "not approved" until you have checked in at the table. Make sure you receive your pre-sale passes via email before you leave the building.
Proceed to the Check-In Table through the Door. An attendant will be there to greet you, check you in, email your digital pre-sale passes, place your "Check In/Check Out Slip", and pull your rack(s) through the inspection lane.
Once you have dropped your rack(s) off at the inspection lane, you will have a seat in the seller waiting area while our team of inspectors check your items. Express Pass recipients will be bumped to the front of the line. We will announce your name over the microphone when a) your shoes are inspected and ready to be put out and b) when your rack(s) of items has been inspected and are ready to be put out. If you have multiple racks, your items will be inspected in the order they are brought in. For example, if you bring 4 racks in at once, those 4 racks will be inspected together. If you bring 1 rack in at a time, they will be inspected in order of being placed through the inspection line. Please be aware of how many racks you have. It will be up to you to ensure you did not miss or abandon racks after inspection.
Please use the drop zone areas marked with balloons when putting items out on sales floor. A helper will put those specific items out for you!
Once you have put all your items out, return to the check in table with your "Check In/Check Out Slip" to collect any unaccepted items. Then you are done! See you at the pre-sale!

DO NOT LET UNATTENDED CHILDREN ASSIST AT DROP OFF: We have seen children place items in several spots incorrectly. This is discouraging to helpers that are organizing the sales floor, and to customers who won’t be able to find your item to purchase. You are also doing yourself a disservice by limiting your chances of selling the item.

How to Pick Up Unsold Items & Checks

How to Pull Thru for Perry Pick Up Day

Enter through the North Gate, continue straight, and turn right along the southern side of the building (facing the clock tower). This is the carpool pick up area.

Have your PICKUP PASS pulled up on your phone or printed out and READY for us to scan!

TTT attendants will be in the outside carpool lane placing pick up tags on windshields, scanning pickup passes, and distributing Checks.

Pull all the way up to the carpool entrance and pop your trunk/unlock doors. We will bring items to you and load your vehicle.

Don't forget to check the "No Tag Area". You MUST pull out of the pickup lane and park to walk inside and view these items. The attendant there will have a form for all claims of no tag items.

How to Pull Thru for Conyers Pick Up Day

Pick up will be a DRIVE THRU into the building. Follow the barricaded line down the main drive into the open bay door for entrance.

Have your PICKUP PASS pulled up on your phone or printed out and READY for us to scan!

TTT attendants will be in the outside carpool lane placing a pickup tag on your windshield, scanning your pickup pass, and distributing checks.

Proceed into the building and turn off your engine. Pop your trunk and loaders will load your items into your car. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR. We will bring items to you.

Don't forget to check the "No Tag Area" at the check in entrance. The attendant there will have a form for all claims of no tag items.

Checks on Pick Up Day!

TTT makes it a priority to complete checks if possible by Pick Up day. If we have questions on a seller or worker account, and cannot get the information needed in time, the check may be delayed. Often times sellers/workers can get back to us quickly and we can cut the check on site, or mail the check to the address on file. We strongly urge and prefer that checks are picked up, as the postal service has had a history of delayed or lost mail on occasion. If your check is mailed, please inform all mail collectors in your household to keep an eye out for a printed, windowed envelope from TTT.

Workers who do not have a seller check can pick up their checks between 8pm-10pm on pick up day once the seller pickup line has calmed down.
